Days: Thrice a week: either Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Timings: 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. IST and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. IST. You may choose the slot that works best for you.

Duration: Monthly. You can sign up for as many months as you want or renew the classes after each month.
