Ayurveda is a holistic form of living life. With a balanced diet and lifestyle changes, we bring our clients closer to nature and create a balance among all the five elements of their body. What better place can exist other than Rishikesh to tie the Panchmahabhoot of the body with those in nature! With the holiness of River Ganga and the serenity of the mighty Shivaliks, the land of Yogis nurtures the healing energies in the atmosphere.
Our Ayurveda Kutir is a space that heals, rejuvenates and detoxifies body, mind and soul. The key to happiness lies in a balanced state of mind, which directly affects the physical health of the person. We, at Anahata, are here for one and all of your problems. Ayurveda and the Ayurveda Kutir at Anahata have remedies for everything including muscular and joint problems, stress and anxiety-related issues, skin and weight disorders, etc. From Yoga therapies to Panchakarma therapies, Anahata provides all Ayurveda treatments to the people who come to heal at our Centre. We have a team of trained and dedicated therapists, practitioners and masseurs who will aid in your journey of healing and rejuvenation. We are a family and everyone who comes to our Centre becomes a part of this family.
Our goal is to bring the 5000-year-old healing system back to people’s lives to stimulate a better-quality life in the world. Ayurveda is not just an ancient form of science but an art of lifestyle. We, at Anahata, do not just cater to the treatments of our patients, but also intend to educate and create awareness about Ayurveda. For everyone who seeks to learn the natural and holiest practices of healing, the doors at Anahata are always open. With various courses at our Centre, we wish to provide Ayurveda and Yoga training to our seekers and bring into this world a new generation of healers and practitioners.
Anushka Ji
Yoga Teacher
Anushka Ji is the soul of Anahata Ayurveda! She was a professional HR and has now found her calling as a yoga trainer. She has been practicing yoga since childhood with her mother and has approximately 900 hours of yoga training from the world’s oldest yoga school, under the guidance of India’s most experienced gurus. Her aim has always been to bring a change, improve the body posture, and uplift the performance and potential of everyone who trust in her and Anahata for their yoga-related needs. Movement is very important for your body and it’s always easier when you practice in a group of like-minded people who want a great sleep by the end of the day just like you do. Breathing is the most crucial aspect of our daily life and yet most people find it really tough to breathe. She would be more than happy to help every individual flow their prana in the right direction and welcome you to the Anahata family.
