The visionary founder of Anahata
Anahata – The Ayurveda Kutir, is a renowned Ayurvedic doctor, consultant, and teacher. His journey in Ayurveda began in 2014, practicing both Allopathy and Ayurveda in Pune. In 2016, he found his true calling to dedicate himself entirely to Ayurveda, and since then, he has been spreading its elixir globally.

Educational Qualifications
- Dr. Shreejit completed his Bachelor’s in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery in 2014 from the College of Ayurveda and Research Centre, Pune, securing First Rank in the PDEA (Pune District Education Association).
- He attained the 200 Hrs RYT/TTC (Registered Yoga Trainer/Teacher Training Course) under U.S. Yoga Alliance with Shiva Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh, in 2016.
- While in China, he learned the Chinese Language from Guilin University of Electronic Technology in 2016 and conducted various workshops on Ayurveda.
- He holds a certificate in Advanced Panchakarma Course for Kerala Speciality Therapy and Panchakarma from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Foundation under the Ashtavaidya Tradition, completed in 2017.
- In 2017, he also completed the 300 Hrs RYT/TTC under U.S. Yoga Alliance with the Association of Yoga and Meditation.
- To further his expertise, he completed a Master of Science in Yoga and Life Sciences in 2018.
Experience and Expertise
- Since 2017, Dr. Shreejit has been the Head Doctor of the Ayurveda Panchakarma Clinic at the Association of Yoga and Meditation, Rishikesh, teaching Yoga Asanas and Yoga Anatomy to students worldwide.
- He served as a Resident Medical Officer at Pulse Hospital, Pune, in 2014-15 and gained significant experience during his internship at Ayurved Rugnalaya and Sterling Hospital in 2014.
- From 2013 to 2015, he worked at Shree Vishwadhara Clinic under the guidance of renowned Vaidya Swapnil Shinde (M.D. Ayurveda).
Global Influence and Teaching
Dr. Shreejit has made significant contributions to Ayurveda, both in India and internationally. He conducted workshops on Therapeutic Benefits of Hand Mudras, Chakras, and Meditation at Dr. Lee Clinic of Psychotherapy, China, and arranged health workshops with Guilin Meineinda Health Institute during 2016-17. His expertise was also appreciated at Jiva Studio for Ayurveda in Vietnam, where he provided clinical consultations and conducted workshops on Yoga Asanas, Yoga Therapy, and Ayurveda.
Dr. Shreejit’s passion for teaching is evident in his continuous efforts to educate people about Yoga and Ayurveda. He trains and inspires a new generation of Ayurveda practitioners, reflecting the same dedication at Anahata.
